I was really addicted to PMO at first.I was in a de-addiction centre at the first month of this 90 days. So there was nothing to tempt me to do PMO. After I came from de-addiction centre I felt like boring to use mobile or not interested to do PMO. It was very easy because there was no temptations for PMO.
I had a wet dream on 41 st day of no PMO.
I think I am in a flatline state still now.After many small days of struggling PMO, I am going to reach 90 days of no PMO tomorrow
