mb guys, I relapsed. Anyways Iโm on a 26 day dopamine detox currently, so I have enough time to pursue nofap to say the least. Im currently reading a book called Atomic Habits, and one of the points they brought up in the book was, that if given a choice between performing two similar actions, the action that is most likely to be performed is the action that requires the least amount of effort. So basically,
Relax > Relapse.
Make Relaxing your go to option when facing an urge, by making it require the least amount of effort.
For me, relaxing means going on this forum, and other similar self improvement forums, this is peak relaxation for me since I am on a dopamine detox and have no access to any hyper stimuli.
