Today was a wild day, we had like 25+ guests over at my house, I got to drive inside a Porsche 911, I ran an ad campaign, made a few new friends like out of nowhere, and a lot more other things. I may not have all the nofap benefits, but I sure do got the dopamine detoxing benefits, if not for the dopamine detox, I would’ve probably missed out on all this fun, networking opportunities, and all the other money making opportunities. Everyone should try to do a dopamine detox for at least 5 days a week, it’s gonna improve your life.

I desired to not to have junks and sugars for a month and replaced my cravings with exercise, plank, walking. But the thing is now I have big thirst to eat anything more sweety and spicy. I broke down my habit two days back. What should I do?

exercising, planking, and walking, although good habits, are not alternatives to junk food and sugar. Instead, an alternative would be homemade food, and drinking lots of water. Think about what your favorite homemade food is, and cook it, and also drink lots of water, it helps.
