Duration: 75 Days (No Cheating, No Compromises)

Core Rules

  1. No PMO – This one’s self-explanatory. If a relapse occurs, progress is reset.
  2. Drink 3 Litres of Water Daily – Stay hydrated for mental clarity and physical health.
  3. Exercise Daily – Minimum 30 minutes (can be split into two sessions; one must be outdoors).
  4. Read 10 Pages of a Book – Non-fiction (self-help, psychology, philosophy, etc.).
  5. Sleep early, wake early – Good sleep always improves my day and my health.
  6. Cold Showers – Boosts discipline and reduces cravings.
  7. Meditation (5-10 min/day) – Helps with urges and emotional control.
  8. Journaling – Track progress, triggers, and reflections.
  9. No Social Media – Reduce dopamine triggers.
  10. Tracking my emotions – Let myself know my emotional fluctuations and control them.

    Overall a fairly grueling start. I appreciate that I took the time to work on the list as much as possible even though I lacked motivation. Would not want to depend fully on motivation, would eventually bring me down to a halt.

    Quite a rough day today. Schoolwork’s been swallowing my life whole and it’s making my life feel like absolute bs. Only thing I keep telling myself is to keep going and that “This too shall pass”.
