Core Rules
- No PMO – This one’s self-explanatory. If a relapse occurs, progress is reset.
- Drink 3 Litres of Water Daily – Stay hydrated for mental clarity and physical health.
- Exercise Daily – Minimum 30 minutes (can be split into two sessions; one must be outdoors).
- Read 10 Pages of a Book – Non-fiction (self-help, psychology, philosophy, etc.).
- Sleep early, wake early – Good sleep always improves my day and my health.
- Cold Showers – Boosts discipline and reduces cravings.
- Meditation (5-10 min/day) – Helps with urges and emotional control.
- Journaling – Track progress, triggers, and reflections.
- No Social Media – Reduce dopamine triggers.
- Tracking my emotions – Let myself know my emotional fluctuations and control them.
