40 things you can do right now


There’s 40 things/skills/habits that you can do at any given time besides touching your junk and ruining yourself. You can’t possibly tell yourself you need to fap, cause there’s a million more things you can do that aren’t on this list. Get to work and good luck.

  1. Clean your room
  2. wash your car (the insides too)
  3. take a cold shower
  4. lift heavy things at the gym, try to lift more than you usually do. push yourself.
  5. Listen to music (make a playlist for later)
  6. Meditate (get those negative ass vibes outta here)
  7. Learn an instrument (chicks dig that shit)
  8. Learn music theory (How to read music sheets, different keys, etc)
  9. Get a job or volunteer
  10. Call/talk to your your mom or Dad (they miss you)
  11. Call that one friend
  12. Run in the morning on an empty stomach (having no food in the tank will make your body use body fat)
  13. Sign up for a 5km or 10km soon, and train for it.
  14. Walk your dog (he needs to piss)
  15. Learn a new language (language borders won’t be a problem :wink: )
  16. Sign up to volunteer at a soup kitchen/homeless shelter (Do something good for someone other than yourself for once)
  17. Take all the clothes you don’t fit/don’t want and sell it locally/online to make a quick buck
  18. Clean out the garage and have a garage sale (Another way to make a quick buck and make space in your garage)
  19. Clean your WHOLE house/apartment
  20. Sign up for a sport group (great way to meet people)
  21. Learn to sing (All the panties will hit the floor for you)
  22. Take out the skateboard/bike/scooter
  23. Get in the habit of sleeping 8 hours, with NO NAPS in a day (get your ass out of that bed)
  24. Study for school (Even though it’s the summer, you’ll thank me later)
  25. Get a pet (Take care of it you bastard)
  26. Take up boxing or some form of martial arts (defend yo self)
  27. Learn to cook a good meal (put grandmas cooking to shame)
  28. Get a good tan outside (get crisp)
  29. Do some stretches and yoga (Will insanely help with working out and running)
  30. Write it out. In any way shape or form. Diaries, Journals, Daily logs, etc. (Can be to share or for personal use)
  31. Get artsy and paint, draw, photograph, sketch, whatever works.
  32. Make yourself a workout and meal plan (SET GOALS FOR YOURSELF, BROTHER)
  33. NEVER say no to doing something that will get you out of the house, no matter if you think you won’t enjoy it
  34. Write a good ass story with interesting characters and make it your own (Who knows, it might make a hell of a book or screenplay)
  35. Be a MAN and BUILD something and start a project (Make Bob the builder look like a bitch)
  36. Buy small, inexpensive workout equipment and use it whenever you get an urge until it goes away
  37. Install a pull up bar in a door in your living space. Every time you pass through the door, do 5 pull-ups (Make sure it’s a door you pass through a lot)
  38. Get a bunch of your mates and do something that’ll end with a story you’ll recite for years
  39. Do some laundry
  40. Get your hands out of your junk and grab life by the balls cause one day you won’t be able to.
