I respect you for such offer. But I am a looser who relapses everyday. Not worthy of this challenge for now.

Idk what to say, I have been so nonchalant on the Nofap part that even when I knew this book exists I haven’t read it.
I know of various techniques to just overcome urge but I never try them because of this unserious attitude of mine.
What will one relapse do wrong? One more? Leave later. This is the type of mentality I have.
I need to change it. I need to become serious about Nofap.
The hardest of Challenge is to be productive while being on Nofap.
I have noticed a pattern. When I am good on streak, I don’t work at all for those days.
When I work, I never have a good streak.
I need to somehow make both of them work together. This is my flow, this is what I need to achieve.
Once I achieve this, I believe I will be the best on this forum and wherever I go.
