Hiccups in my journey, yes I peeked intentionally after a bad day at office yesterday…
Peeked again a couple of times…Today was a clean day…

Studied well, completed two of my certifications today…

Day 7 :rocket:

Wake up at 5:30 AM

:white_check_mark: Study 2 hours - Finish API Design and MuleSoft Associate Certification
:white_check_mark: Focus on positive, self help digital content
Keeping vision clean
Evening Meditation
Staying obsessed with the future self

:white_check_mark: Taking Vitamins before Sleep
:white_check_mark: Calculation practice for 15 minutes
Living Mindfully
Plan and execute (Remember - you fail to plan, you plan to fail)

Today’s learning: If you are trying to add a new habit don’t miss it two days in a row. I missed to check in here yesterday and today it became all the more difficult to check-in even though it hardly takes 5 minutes,…

Procrastination is the biggest enemy of this gift of human life…

Btw, I joined a gym today had a very refreshing start today after months…

I have set 3 goals for this year, these goals will be instrumental in my transformation:

  1. Software Certifications: MuleSoft , Azure
  2. Shredded Body with Fat < 15%
  3. Dense black healthy hairs

My plan to destroy all these goals:

  1. Study 2 hours on weekdays, 8 hours on Saturday and ~5 on Sunday
  2. 4-5 times Gym in a week / Strictly following my diet plan
  3. Headstand, and Traya Treatment…

I will be recoding my journey here

All the best to me…All set to be among top10% in my field by End of this year, and top 1% by end of third year.

Sorry I strongly disagree…
Untill I set a high ambitious goal, there are chances PMO could take me over…generally I believe only a big goal is a basic necessity for successful nofap

No Matter How hard I try…My sense of insecurity still takes over me once in a while…Last a couple of days have been like this…anxiety / frustration and what not…

Its not easy to keep your mind sane all the times…it requires hell lot of conscious positive affirmations all the time…

Anyways back from the darkness… No aim in life is higher than a man’s determination…

I was also like this a few days ago, this is probably the white bear problem - telling myself not to think will drive me to think more. I now try to think other positive things, such as finding places for going jogging after work, and plan the weekend to visit other places. Hope this may help you relieve the anxiety :slightly_smiling_face:
