[31 M] Babi's Fight with YouTube Addiction

Starting my diary which will be like a personal journal on this journey to get out of my youtube/Instagram Addiction and changing myself.

Touchwood, I am doing good, as currently my streak is 161days. I will overcome my previous best streak which was of 325 days.

Not only that, I need to perform well and overall good in life.

Work 12hours daily

Meditation Daily

Read story book :open_book:

Breathing exercise (Anulom Vilom, Kapalbharti)

Yoga practice (Ashwini mudra + Noukasana)

Gratitude practice

Write journal before sleep

Evening Prayers :pray:

Sleep for 6 hours

Watch 1 anime ep of (Mononogatari)

I beg to differ here… quality sleep of 6 hrs is enough I believe.

Yesterday was not so a good day.

Diet and lifestyle is very important in order to be successful.
It so happened that, while seeing off my uncle at the bus stop, I thought of buy 2 chicken-paratha, which me and my mom ate around 6:30 pm evening, don’t know why but I got indigestion instantly and slept off. Later that night had a huge nightfall…

Morning was good though, we went to a spiritual place and enjoyed thoroughly.

As per the daily routine, none was fulfilled.

6 hrs worked ain’t bad if it’s focused and accomplished a lot. 6 hours of focused work is better than 12 hours of unfocused work and burnout. 8-10 hrs is probably the best amount of work time.
