Walking is hyped up because it’s easy and burns good amount of calories (almost similar to running)

I have extended by cardio to 45 minutes 3 times per week , 45 min brisk walking for next 3 days and 1 day rest. Ig its ok now.

Nightfalls are taxing. Slept a lot (a lot lot) because of it and now a days my dreams whether accompanied by a nightfall or not are always about me breaking the streak and that’s too damn scary.

Its the brain’s way to trick you into relapsing.
You know it well enough, but still I thought to warn you.
Be aware of your thoughts while you are awake and before going to sleep…that way you can reduce the chances of having these dreams.

Strict guidelines to follow:

  1. Never search for a woman’s name unless it is absolutely necessary and you are among people.
  2. Never search for any trigerring word.
  3. Never look for any triggering content by any means (that has the potential to ruin your mindset).
  4. Never touch it when it’s hard.
  5. Never go into your usual relapse position.
  6. Don’t watch porn.
  7. Don’t Mas** te.

I did some analysis and set some guidelines for me to follow to fix my sleep and hence studying schedule, let’s see if it works in upcoming days

Today I went to play, didn’t study much.
Also I had been spending a lot of time at night watching parks and recreation now a days :sweat_smile:.
So now I am planning to not use mobile at all during night (except for recording habits and study time), will post today’s diary update tomorrow.

  3. :red_circle:Sleeping before 12 am last night: Slept around 5 am :no_mouth:, I had been doing this a lot lately, sleeping around 4-5 in the morning. Sleep schedule is badly messed up. I really wanna do something about it, I guess I have to bring back the condition of no daytime nap, I end up sleeping a lot in the day and hence not sleeping till late at night.

Well I’ve been watching sitcoms everyday for past 5 years or so, so it’s not upon you :joy:. You just recommended me a good one, if not parks and rec I might have watched some other sitcom.
But this binge watching phase comes in almost every sitcom :joy:, I binge watch for 3-4 days then realise it’s not good for health and go back to watching 1-2 episodes a day.

My school friends came to play here today from 12 kms away, there were total three teams, two Tibetan teams and one with me and my friends, we played proper matches and me and my friends won, though just by two points that too in extra time but still a win is a win :joy:. Most of my day went in attending calls from friends and organising the match then the court we played in was 4.5 kms away from my house, so I walked there. Left home at 3:30 and returned at 7 :joy:, good day.
And I am going to focus deeply on studies until Diwali for now, relatives and all visit during diwali week so I gotta cover up for that beforehand.

Made this rule for me because I end up searching for women who I saw for the first time and all and sometimes it leads to trigerring content. Hence no searching for any woman then be it celebrity, real life crush or anyone.
But feel free to discuss your problem, I might relate to it.
