[22 M] RE: Awaken's Nofap Journal

Tbh I don’t feel sleepy when I have work. Even if I do, I wake up naturally at 3 am and forcing myself to sleep more takes whole night. So, I wake up in those times. U might have seen me always online on discord if were active because I only sleep 4-5 hours mostly.

I sleep very good every Saturday and Sunday when there is no work without any efforts, 12 hours.

I tried sleeping more on working days and it affected my body very badly, I felt weak, more depressed and slothful.

Going back to Village was an exception however as I did not have any work and slept peacefully all those days.

We are young and might we need less sleep than usual. You think I will continue this routine in my 30s? No I won’t because I know I would be way lazy and sleepy in those ages.

what you have describe seems to me like sleep cycle of a normal individual, not those special ones who don’t need sleep.

I used to be in this phase of why waste time sleeping etc. hence I tried to advice against it but you seem to have set your mind to it so I won’t try to talk further.

Young age is when you need sleep the most. Old age is when sleep requirement is less.

This is what I am implying too. My sleep schedule is normal and isn’t a health risk and ain’t special, at all.

Nikola Tesla part was for fun only, well. I wonder how he developed differential equations before hitting 26. Like dude just developed a totally new field just to prove his theories. People were really built different back then

Yeah that’s a reality of life at the end we are alone but family and friends are also a part of life they gives you the support you need and at the end they are also humans who have expectations, instead of thinking about this shit and make yourself stress unnecessary which can cause white hair and many health related problems just ignore the bad things or take them as fuel to power your dreams and remember always dream as big as you can, a dream should be something that big which can’t be achieved easily and at the end of your journey you may get moon in the chase of stars. (Stars are more precious than the moon itself but it’s like achieving something big like if you dream of a bike you get cycle easily)

Don’t be sorry bro you are getting better remember how you were previously if you stayed this persistent than I am sure you will be freed soon from the shit.Atleast I pray for that!

I need to improve my schedule. I have been waking up late for some days now.

From now I will sleep early and wake up early.
No youtube etc after 10:00 pm.

Now that I can sleep early, it’s already weekend, a time when I wanna binge watch webseries late night. What a dilemma.

Still, waking up early won’t cost me anything too.
