You should sit and focus on what you want to do and what you want to achieve. Itās pretty obvious your still a student so make a schedule about your studies and have discipline in what you do. This is the best time for you to leave this addiction. Donāt waste anymore time or else those 2 years wasted will be 3, 4, 5ā¦ and never ends but use this year as your 1st year of success and make it 2nd, 3rd, 4th ā¦

Thanks brother, but what can i do to beat the urges , i do 35 squats despite this i feel urges. I am taking cold shower since the last year and also do workout regularly

Whenever urges come You can do something which you love, Even if it is unproductive. Donāt stress on that. And always remember Itās always better to waste an hour than to waste 2-3 days in the regret of relapse and chaser effect.

Very impressive! You are working out and you are only 14, amazing! By the time you reach college, youād be a stud! This is your prime time to grow bro! 14-21 is a very important time period, workout well and eat well! And stay consistent! I swear, you will not be disappointed.
Also, thereās @Armaan_1 . Heās 14 too. You both can make a team. A friendly advice to you youngsters, youāre 14, donāt be so uptight about future and life and what not. Learn to have fun, go out and play with your friends, do pranks on people, do what you enjoy doing.

Sure, but during an urge i donāt remember anything, after ejaculation i remember my promises and get sad. I hardly do it for 3 days and my best streak was of 16 days last year and after that i fapped once in a week, but the lockdown fu**ed up everything.
