Until the rest of the week I wont use youtube for anything other than affirmations and I wont browse the internet mindlessly. I vow to inform you if I fail in my undertaking and I will put maximum effort into attaining it. From now until the rest of the week I ll follow the magic word for power: Focus

There’s an app called Ymusic for Android you can download audio from YouTube videos by using that, if you follow a particular affirmation video you can download the audio and that way you won’t need YouTube at all.

Evening journal:

I should meditate much more. I bought minoxidil against hair loss and I feel very relieved that this problem has a solution, hair loss I mean. Have any of you tried it before?

I was about to, I didn’t tho.
But I know that you have to be regular with minoxidil usage else it has opposite effect, if you don’t use it on regular basis you might end up losing more hair.
Do proper research before starting its usage, maybe ask a doctor.

Yeah dont worry Ive done research and talked to a pharmacist.

You can increase the effectiveness by combining it with derma rolling (you can also do this for beard growth which is pretty cool). As to the hair falling out, I read it basically shifts the hair to the growth phase and the hairs that are stuck in resting (which would fall out eventually) immediately fall out, so its understandable that you have to keep going until the new hair growth shows

    Yesterday and today is the faire, but thats no excuse for slacking, if I was prepapred better I could do both morning routines and the tasks of the day.

The faire, basically blacksmithing with visitors (I turn and move the metal and tell them how to strike) and selling the things I made
