evening journal: Im writing a letter to my “tomorrow-self” every evening now motivating him. That way I have something cool to wake up to and something already pulls me into the day :smiley:

Big improvement: Whenever a thought about a problem or about an unappealing task comes into my mind this happens: If I can do it now, I solve it immediately and dont waste any time. If I cant solve iet now I set an alarm for a time and day during which I know I will be able to solve it. Now from time to time alarms ring and their title contains the task. And every time an alarm rings Im able to do it so I just do it, because I put the alarm there with forethought. Eversince I made this change I stop having anxiety about the future because I either took care of the problem already or moved it into a time during which I will solve it :+1:

Yesterday I came across the book “Why we sleep” and I realize its the last unsolved problem I have. I will dedicate all my power to solve it! Today Im going to bed at 8:00pm and staying there until 6am, spending 10h in bed. If I sleep I sleep, if I dont I dont. I will do this today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. I can do it!

+50€ today with blacksmithing course. 4000€/M I can do it, within a year from now I ll be there

That’s an epic book, many people have so many misconceptions related to sleep, especially religious ones :sweat_smile: (I am also religious though :joy:), but many people here prefer waking up early by sleeping less rather than waking up on time by taking sufficient sleep.

I will reduce evening time and increase sleep time. Evenings are usually filled with time waste activities anyway

Evening journal: I need to find a way to unclogg my nose for sleep. I woke up 4 times yesterday and the day before.

This month I made 500€ (through blacksmithing alone), my aspiration was to make 500 in Juli and August, 1000 in September and October, 1500 in November and december and so on. I ll wind up at 4k next year around august I think. This is a realistic time. (I think it will be exponential so the first 2k take longer than expected and the last 2k will be easier but its a good goal).Positive! Power dude. Going to bed at 9pm today, I will add the goal to go to bed at 8:00 and have no screens 30mins prior to sleep. I ll set an alarm for that today.

My bulk is fucking slacking, from tomorrow on I will prep meals to eat in the morning.
