evening journal: I keep a learning journal and an idea journal too which I write privately because it contains too many things to share. I did the heat treat successfully building a simple oven myself with a gas torch. Miraculously the blades turned out straight. They are tempering right now as we speak.

Im taping my mouth shut at night to overcome mouth breathing. Im not breathing through the mouth now, ever, even during running, I resolutely want to accomplish this nose breathing. Its the root cause of most of my problems. Im very glad I found out.

Evening journal: I feel like I have arrived in life. Today I blacksmithed and put on the skyrim ambience under my hearing protection. I hear the muffled “cling…cling…” of the hammer hitting the steel and I see the ambers and glowing with this beautiful calm music, I felt like it was skyrim irl. Back when I played skyrim, doing something like this was my dream, now its real

If you still keep some kind of exercise in the morning and just cut out jogging I don’t think you’ll face any trouble. Exercise is important no matter what kind it is.

yes 100%, I do the workout in the evening now, just finished it for abs, Im aiming to do it every second day and pullups daily because they regenerate quickly and I do relatively few

Well, exercise through the day “morning” is just a suggestion of the best time to exercice “evening” is another suggestion to avoid, nothing is obliged.

Yeah that’s why evening exercise is fine. If you workout at 5-6 pm you can easily sleep around 9-10.

evening journal: Man I put on the skyrim music again while working on knives, its seriously like the game became real man I worked from 8am to 8pm (with a few breaks) and Im not even tired. It felt relaxing like I would feel if I was gaming all day, minus the gaminganxiety I would feel from knowing Im wasting my life away

Reminder for the most important teaching I have received:

Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

If you are drawn to pmo you unconsciously still hold the belief that “pmo is valuable” and “there is something Im missing if I dont have it”. REALITY: Pmo is empty, there is nothing to it. Its an annoying distraction.

Normal people live their normal life without EVER thinking about it. Its absolutely artificial. Its unnecessary: urges, pmo, the whole thing.

Its all not part of normal human functioning.

Urges are not “libido”, urges are symptoms of having abused yourself with a disease called pmo. People confuse poison with food, they think they are going in a good direction because it “feels good”: its an illusion. There is nothing good to it.

You just have to make in your mind the following aggressively clear:
Pmo has no place in the normal life.

If you accept this reality you are free like all the others. The only reason so many are doing this degeneracy is because the majority of the population today ARE degenerates.

They are terrible at life and eat junk food and normalize bad things like degenerate morality and weakness.

You can be strong.

You dont have to be weak.
