[21 M] Sattva: A Journey of Purity and Spotless Chastity

Hey everyone. I am a 21 years old man. And of course i am addicted to this shit.
so i am starting out my journal from today and will share all the experiences i am having on
this journey.

I am going to perform these task daily. if skip any of these tasks, It will be regarded as the violation of rule and i will straightaway press the relapse button on the app. This is path of absolute chastity and no relaxation is given. This time i am very serious, no matter how i will feel joy or miserable, or i am winning or failing in my life, i am going to stick to this routine. This is do or die.

The Daily Ritual:

  1. Wake up at 3 am
  2. Drink 3 glass of warm water and compulsory bowel movement
  3. Cold Shower
  4. 30 minute Pranayama
  5. 1 hour Meditation
  6. 1 hour yoga
  7. 30 minute or more of evening walk/ exercise/ sport
  8. At least 1 hour reading before sleeping.
  9. Sleep by 9 PM
  10. No Social Media, TV, Music
  11. Eat pure food + no junk food + chew food at least 60 times.
  12. Observe silence - only speaking when it’s really necessary

so yesterday also , i did everything in my routine, because if i miss any of these due to my laziness, then it would be a relapse and my streak will be broken. so i am extremely vigilant during my entire day.

Guys some tips for you:

  1. Don’t use any social media. This is your new community, this should be your one and only social media. Social medias are bombarded with lust and hateful contents.

  2. Read Scriptures or books that elevates your character. Read it before sleeping. You will not have wet dreams if you sleep with positive thoughts.

  3. Wear light clothes while sleeping. Your room should be open to air. Tight clothes can lead to nightfall. that is my experience.

And yes, i did all the routine yesterday too. The day spent great. But there were some thing i want to tell you my friends.

i was having heavy temptation to scroll youtube reels/ videos and twitter. But somehow i leave my room and went outside for a walk. Because any vulgar video or chat can cause a relapse. also due to restraint of my senses, i frequently see changes in my mood but my soul is observing all these things and i know bearing this will give me huge return.

so guys restraint your senses. Don’t let them run you. You are far more powerful than those 5 senses.

Day 4 is completed on 11 april 2025. I did missed my yoga session due to some circumstances. But no worries. I try to eradicate all the things that hinders my progress in this path.

My Skin is becoming smoother due to cold bath. You should definitely try it. It also remove excess heat in the body.

The yoga i do is this : 15 min suryanamaskara (3), 15 minutes sarvangasana(3), 15 min paschimottasana(3), 15 min Sirsasana (3) and finally 15 min savasana.

It is said that if you do only these 3 asanas - sarvangasana, paschimottasana, Sirsasana, then you don’t require any other workout or exercise. you will be very healthy and fit your entire life.

So day 5 completed on 12 april 2025 and i got my new badge “peasant”.

I missed reading book and sleeping by 9 pm due to some college work. But that is a external condition and not from my side.

I think that if i will persist on this routine everyday, i can not only attain streak of 1000 but even of 10,000 days. But the only condition is that i am doing this routine every single day .

According to Ayurveda semen is the last Dhatu that is formed out of Majja or marrow. From food chyle (Rasa) is manufactured. Out of chyle comes blood (Rakta); out of blood comes flesh; out of flesh comes fat: out of fat comes marrow; out of marrow comes semen.
So see how precious is this component, it is the finest component made out of food, we cannot afford to waste it anymore
