Hey everyone. I am a 21 years old man. And of course i am addicted to this shit.
so i am starting out my journal from today and will share all the experiences i am having on
this journey.
I am going to perform these task daily. if skip any of these tasks, It will be regarded as the violation of rule and i will straightaway press the relapse button on the app. This is path of absolute chastity and no relaxation is given. This time i am very serious, no matter how i will feel joy or miserable, or i am winning or failing in my life, i am going to stick to this routine. This is do or die.
The Daily Ritual:
- Wake up at 3 am
- Drink 3 glass of warm water and compulsory bowel movement
- Cold Shower
- 30 minute Pranayama
- 1 hour Meditation
- 1 hour yoga
- 30 minute or more of evening walk/ exercise/ sport
- At least 1 hour reading before sleeping.
- Sleep by 9 PM
- No Social Media, TV, Music
- Eat pure food + no junk food + chew food at least 60 times.
- Observe silence - only speaking when it’s really necessary
