Day 21 is finished. I joined the challenge the same day I installed the app which is why the app doesnt show my 21 days just yet, but I didnt relapse on the day I installed it. Anyways, this was an amazing start into the new year, but keep this up everybody! We can now build on these 21 days and say goodbye to PMO forever!! Make sure that you have developed a plan for when the urges become to big and beat this addiction again and again until it cannot come back!
