15 Days From now !

My second attempt, this attempt gave me confidence,
Now, the time has come to prove myself that I am the best and I will become the best by hard work.
Starting from today !
Writing my diary for 15 days continuously ,
For Nofap ? naah I just ignore everything and focus on being busy and Working.

I will Not Give Up.

I promise that next attempt I qualify it with flying colors.

Watch lectures of Aryl Halides

Let’s see if I am able to complete it.

Woke Up late around 8: 30 am
Was Demotivated a lot, Was not able to focus on studies.
And my school is bothering me for practical exams.
I was worried what to do wasted morning, talking to friends discussing about everything.
Talked to parents, felt a lot better I am blessed that they understand me.
Took Cold Shower and Now Getting Back to study !

Woke Up early,
Studied for 2 Hours, I realize I don’t feel any resistance while learning or watching lectures.
I face problem while solving problems, When I do practice.
Hence, I am trying to get out of my comfort zone of just learning and Start solving some questions.
I hope everyone is doing great just hold on there, You are very strong then these urges !
Think about how bad you felt when You relapsed, When You said it’s the last time and You always fool your mind.

Dude since last 6 months ur continuously in a 2 week loop . And I have read ur few posts and it’s great ur following easy peasy method …
Will power method , forgetting abt PMO and just doing ur work , cutting porn first then cutting Masturbation , all these methods usually lead to failure … they might work for someone , but the book clearly says it’s quite difficult to quit by these methods …

Read the book thoroughly and try to read in1-2 days . Don’t delay the process …

This time u should break that 2 weeks loop

Greeting to all the members of the nofap community !
I was travelling so I didn’t get time for writing or updating.
Now, I am back will start from tomorrow,
I have got a room, there are many disadvantages that I might be alone and Urges might strike
But there are benefits too, I can take cold showers whenever I like, I can get into the flow state of studying.
Will follow a strict routine and Will do whatever it takes to make it a habit.
Now, Is the time I have got everything what I need there is nothing better or best than this.
I have to make the most of my time.

I will do whatever it takes to prove myself to all those who believe in me right !

List of Habits I want to accomplish ~ :fire:

  1. Waking Up early before 5 30 am
  2. Go to Bed early before 11 pm
  3. Reading Easy Peasy book after First study session
  4. Eat within 15 min (Watch phone after eating, but not while eating. I generally spend 1 hour in eating :sweat_smile: )
  5. Monitor Phone Usage (I have no time to watch youtube but sometimes it happens)
  6. When Urges come take cold shower or walk outside the room
  7. Meditation
  8. Exercise
  9. Study 8-9 hours
  10. Chill with friends after I have completed my tasks
  11. Cold Shower
  12. Make your bed
  13. A glass of water as soon as I wake up
  14. Morning Stretch
  15. Plan Your day ahead

Woke Up early but didn’t started to study !
After taking cold showers felt a lot better sat down to study did effective study of 2 hours
Not focusing on Nofap, Focusing on building good habits.
Will read easy peasy before going to bed.

the “why” ? "“where am i going wrong” ? these types of question. as you get to 5-6 days streak you will feel better again!
