I’m starting my No Fap journey from Today.
dated - April 13 , 2021.
time : 23:36.

i want to enjoy the little things in the world. and this habit is not letting me to do it. This has done more harm than good. Let’s put it to an end.

Rules of Relapse -

  1. PMO.
  2. ON PURPOSE sexual thoughts
  3. Violation of Self-Rules

if you see a naked/half naked girl’s photo or a photo that arouses you subconsciously and unconsciously Leave your Phone and Run 200 meters. If it’s night then turn off phone and do 20 push ups.

ON FAILURE ON SELF-RULE 1 - Lock phone for 4 hours and Do self rule 2.
On failure of alternative this will be counted as relapse.


No Sexual Thoughts on purpose. When a sexual thought come to.your.mind after seeing something close your eyes and meditate for min. 2 minutes. Or do - self rule 1.

ON FAILURE ON SELF-RULE 2 - Lock phone for 4 hours and Do self rule 1
On failure of alternative this will be counted as relapse.

Use YOUTUBE as less as you can whenever you see something arousing do Self-Rule 1

ON FAILURE ON SELF-RULE 3 - Lock phone for 4 hours and Do self rule 2.
On failure of alternative this will be counted as relapse.

  2. My own Brain thinking.
  3. Low Will power and doubt om No Fap.

No YouTube. Or use Only When Required.

LISTEN songs on Spotify. Watch Only what you Search not what you are provided with by the algorithm.
