Iam not satisfied with today’s progress. Waking up late is affecting me a lot. I don’t know why Iam not staying Consistent with that single habit. Meditation Pranayam exercise etc have become a part of my life style now but waking up early is hard. I’ll continue reporting in the DEAD SERIOUS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP. My brothers there are doing real great.

I’ve started reading linga Purana and shiva Purana to know more about lord Shiva and the opening of third eye.
There is real power in semen Retention. This idea was talked about by many of our ancestors from all the communities. Egypt, mesopotamia, Hinduism, Christianity all communities have talked about it directly or indirectly. This was hidden from us. Finally we are getting it back.
The thing that intrigues me the most is in this 21st century where everything we buy requires money why is porn free??

@Tagore the last 4 days I’ve been fighting off insane urges and even edged twice two days ago (m without p and without getting to o) I decided to countinue though after a good prayer and meditation.
and now that I’ve finally fought these waves of urges off Im extremely energetic, it’s like all the sexual energy I’ve been holding with in me is just giving me an insane energy boost 
Can’t wait till we counquer day 1000 together it’ll be amazing

There’s a problem here, brother. You probably need to reset your mind. Porn is starting to affect you again. Start fresh, start a new journey.
My suggestion: begin with a simple goal (2 or 3 weeks, for example), put that date in your calendar and stick to it. If urges come during the process, you will know that you have to resist only for a few days.After you complete the first goal you can aim for a bigger one, then for one which is even bigger.
This is what I believe can work in the long term.
However, it is up to you to choose the best strategy. Just find a way to make it. To become great again.

Uh, @Tagore can I suggest something? I’m no veteran like you, I’m just a novice who’s starting out, but I have found a solution to waking up late. It’s an app called “Alarmy”. This app will literally never let you sleep. I’ve found it to be so useful and amazing. You can set some targets for turning off the alarm, like doing math. You can only turn the alarm off if you give the right answer to some problems, take a specific photo, shake the phone a number of times, if you ascan a qr code etc. If you haven’t tried it out yet, you could . Your story is so inspiring and we believe in you!!!
