I basically went about my business doing the usual things. Based on my understanding and experience, flatlines are caused by the withdrawal of pornography and masturbation. So initially I guess u will be restless then your mood will be stabilized. So during this phase I guess stay busy during the day and during night when u are alone close your eyes and breath and empty your mind (basically meditation).

This is just the beginning bro. But you are much better than thousands out there. Only a few hundreds can reach till 90 days. Now the real battle has begun, just be careful for 180 days. As days go by, forget counting nofap days; shift focus everyday into your purpose. Slowly, never quit the forum. Slowly trick your mind into forgetting nofap and pmo.
