Bro @nofapstar123 , I saw that you relapsed. You improved a lot and climbed more than half of the mountain. This is just a small slip, you haven’t fell down from the mountain. You are there, hang in there. If you binge, you’ll fall to the bottom of the mountain. That can be very detrimental and can take away all the progress we made till now.
