How is this book overall? Have you read this completely? It seems informative and interesting even the book name itself

Hey @anon25497833 . I havenโt read all of it, since itโs supposed to be a short read for every day in the year and I started the book this year. Basically itโs a compilation of quotes/short teachings from stoic philosophers and the author describes those and adds a bit more to it. Itโs food for thoughts. I like it. I see it as a way to start the day.
