Sadly guys , I lost my control and went to peek and started browsing web. I learned new thing that my addiction to por* has ended . I didn’t feel any special urge to watch I just wanted to let this energy out.
But as I went to relapse I heard my family members voice and I stopped so I didn’t relapse . I exercised until I felt that energy calm down.
And I promise , I will not give in so easily . I can’t .
I reset my streak to overcome my streak influence on me .
So it is end of my 97 days no peek streak.:pensive:

  • yesterday had lustful thoughts
  • opened my PC to study
  • Have to me more careful this week
  • thought of my streak, got some strength
  • counting helps, responsibility helps more
  • if I have to mentor people like me, I have to get out of this first
  • pray for me, really it’ll help

@medicomonk prayers are always there brother. If you have any lustful thoughts just freshen yourself up and just make sure that you don’t peek as peeking and edging are the fertilisers for relapse.
