my brain played trick on me. it said like one pmo session every 10 days will not a problem since i reached DAY 10 and i fell for that. after the deed, i came to my senses. anyway, i should have remembered that i was on nofap hardcore challenge. failing at day 10 made me sad. oh man…10 years of addiction dude. you already lost 10 fking years from your life for women. why are you still repeating the same mistake??ok… i forgive you…but its your last warning.

anyway…not falling for chaser effect or binge. i understood my mistake.i am gonna sleep for a little bit. then i will shower after waking up.before than i have to reset my streak. forgive me lord for the mistake i have done.

You should try doing dopamine detoxing. High dopamine social media can have similar effects on the brain as PMO sometimes.

back again after cold shower

Now i feel good.i understood the reason why i relapsed. currently,i’m on my college holidays. i am completely free and dont even have anything to do other than spending time on internet and youtube which is very much dangerous. so inorder to counter that, i should be busy with works and stuff that keeps my mind and body engaged in something. so i made a 15 MINUTE PLAN to overcome my unproductive lifestyle

15 min strategy

  1. 15 minutes of Quran recitation daily
  2. 15 minutes of adhkar session
  3. 15 minutes of learning new stuff daily
  4. 15 minute of learning german language
  5. 15 minutes of exercise daily
  6. 15 minutes of walking [ no music ]
  7. 15 minutes of reading
  8. 15 minutes of mindful meditation
  9. 15 minutes of memorizing Quran
  10. 15 minutes of visualization

i have installed habit tracker app. i am going to follow this 15 min plan for one month,without skipping any single task.

6:00 - 8:00 am

  1. 15 minutes of Quran recitation daily
  2. 15 minutes of adhkar session
  3. 15 minutes of exercise

10:00 - 11: 00
4. 15 minutes of learning new stuff daily
5. 15 minute of learning german language

12:00 - 1:00
6. 15 minutes of visualization

4:00 - 6:00
7. 15 minutes of walking [ no music ]
8. 15 minutes of reading

7:00 - 7:30
9. 15 minutes of memorizing Quran

10:30
10. 15 minutes of mindful meditation

i have to make sure i dont do these things more than 15 minutes to make them not boring and to maintain that enthusiasm.

Mann i was on Day 9 Today, but relapsed now.
Fuk it. I fed my brain little by little eventually he showed his true face😔

Life till now

from the day i came to this forum i started implementing main 2 habits. praying 5 times a day and brushing twice daily. until today i never skipped any of both.so since i have made two habits stick in my life, i am going to add two more habits.

  1. 15 minutes of Quran recitation
  2. 15 minutes of learning German language

What’s next ??

my birthday is on November 8 [ exactly 180 days ahead ].So this will be the starting of my Nofap journey for lifetime. I am going to achieve this 180 day streak as a present for my birthday. Until that time, i am going to shape my life by building habits that will put me into success. Every 10 days i am going to add 2 more habits to my life.

Current daily Habits

  1. 5 times daily prayer
  2. Brushing twice daily
  3. 15 min Quran recitation
  4. 15 min German language learning

Let me give you some boost:

P: The act is actually disgusting, not aesthetic at all. And women’s body is nothing but flesh, you know what’s inside their body.

M: Imagine you see a guy can’t help but rush to toilet to M. How disgusting it is. And imagine if some girls know that you have such habit. How would they think about you?

O: You know very well how you feel after each O. Depletion of essence and energy is nothing enjoyable. You only feel weak and sick.

Contemplate the above and you’ll naturally find all 3 of them unattractive. You’ll win without fighting :sunglasses:

but the good part is i never skipped those 4 habits i made

thats a good change in my life. i am happy with it.overall,MAY was a good month. taught me the habits you want to stick to should be effortless to do. and keep building habits, and thats how you improve your llife

HABITS OF JUNE

  1. Quit M and never watch P
  2. Learn accounting for 15 minutes
  3. 15 minutes of german practise
  4. Do sunnah prayer before fajr

so thats it. these are the upcoming new hobbies that will stick to my life till death.
i wont be here in this forum till june starts. good luck fighters. we all will win. at the end , you will find light in the tunnel…keep running…never think about quitting
