Brothers, we have to keep each other accountable. And we will.
Like if anyone relapses we will individually send him private or group messages to know about his condition and to inspire him starting it again. Because after a relapse a person starts repeating.
Secondly, if we feel urge to pmo we will seek each others help without any further thinking.(by private or group message)
It is necessary because when we feel urge most of us almost forget our main goals, the sufferings for pmo, its bad iffect, all our hard work on building the streak.(but after relapse we remember everything).
So at that time if a person reminds us all the things we can hopefully overcome the urge.
So message and seek for help and motivation.
