Day 1 Starting from scratch

My goals

  1. Meditation
  2. Reading atleast 5 pages
  3. Excercise for 3 days a week only.

Goals Completed

:point_right: Meditation for 1 hour
:point_right:Readed Five pages of a book
:point_right:Did a light weight excercise for 20 minutes.

I didn’t wanted to do horrendous goals or stack up every possible thing I have in my mind to do in one day.

I will gradually increase the goal day by day.

I will suggest you to search reboot regimen from universal man on YouTube.

You’re on the right way to change the system this will help build the understanding
