- Reading atleast 5 pages
- Excercise for 3 days a week only.
Meditation for 1 hour
Readed Five pages of a book
Did a light weight excercise for 20 minutes.
I didn’t wanted to do horrendous goals or stack up every possible thing I have in my mind to do in one day.
I will gradually increase the goal day by day.
