I didnโt workout since last 9 days, because of my laziness and and piles problems, it was hard for me to sit because of the pain (literal meaning of ga**d phattna) , now itโs good. Tomorrow i will do yoga and cardio and will follow the workout plan from monday. Studied for 1.5 hours. Now i am making 1 or 2 days streak, i can resist the urge ,hopefully i will get rid of this addiction soon cause itโs been 3.5 years of this addiction now.

Yeah going to the washroom is like a nightmare . Sometimes itโs hard for me to sit and walk .
Yeah, maybe itโs because of digestive issues, i used to sleep and wake up late (still i am doing this, and also coaching messed up my eating timing) and i fapped many times instead of excreting . Karni ka phal hai .

Woke up at 7:30 am and fapped because of the dream, and then i slept again and woke up at 10:15 am . Studied for 1 hour. My body is fully recovered now, 2 days ago, i wasnโt able to switch sides while sleeping because of the pain in my quadriceps . I will take a haircut tomorrow, i had a haircut 2 weeks ago most probably my mother will chide me fs .
Tomorrow goals :-
Finish basic maths
Finish 2 lectures of chemistry
(2 hours before 12 pm , 3 hours before 6pm and 1 hour before 10:30 pm)
Meditation
Music

Dude idk what to do , they started to fight again, death would be more peaceful than this life. Most of my family members are fucked up as helll. I hate it tooo much , i really really donโt like this life!!!
This is not in your hand. So Iโll suggest just donโt listen to them or you can plug earphones. Actually many times I have also faced same situation as yours. So just ignore them if you want good mental health.
