Hello, I am on 12th day and can’t stop fantasizing about my previous encounters and getting hard constantly. Still didn’t relapse but each day it gets more hard.

Fantasizing is a habit. You have to cold turkey it to stop. So from today, decide to stop. You can’t reduce fantasizing or keep it to a limit.
Do fantasize or do not. There is no try.
Ensure you don’t lie mindlessly on your bed in that half-awake state. Make sure your busy with something productive. Use other dopamine sources like music/sports and so on.
