I just wanted to ask whether the news of Porn ban in India has been working or not.
I would feel blessed if the ban is working.

I do not know whether it is working or not. I have heard some people saying that they relapsed because they were innocently checking it 
. It doesn’t matter, if we take guard of ourselves and ban it for us. P was always banned in my college, but idiots watched it through vpn 
.
For Indians: Just do not check the efficiency of this sarkaari work

I don’t think it’s going to work on the people who already know about porn as it can be easily bypassed. But it might help younger generation in preventing exposing them to porn.

Some sites are blocked but everyday new sites are coming. I know so because i relapsed last to last time by watching porn.
And where are you hiding… have you forgotten about our challenge ?

just a few popular sites are banned! even if u type porn in search bar countless amount of unbanned sties will pop up.

I think the most important thing in the porn ban is the message passed over to the teens.
It is something forbidden, something you shouldn’t do and something that is not good to do. It shows that there is a harmful effect.
In my country they are discussing more and more things like porn-cinemas and how much “porn” they can use in advertisements and movies.
What is the message that is carried on to our youths? Porn is something normal, something good and everyone does it, so no reason to worry at all

Exactly, spreading awareness is the key. Consumption of cigarettes (in the 40s) is the best example.
