I didn’t like to use the word addiction, but in fact I am suffering from a pmo addiction. It doesn’t help trying to find excuses. It is damaging my life, my relations and my self confidence. Lately I decided to seek for help. I guess we’re all in this trap together. Hopefully we can support one and another to stay away from pmo. I have a girlfriend, i want to be completely free from fap and pmo.
