I’m a divorced father of 3 daughters. I am 35 years old. I have had pmo addiction on and off with various degrees of severity since I was very young.Continence was always something I admired but never something I was good at. I valued discipline and self-control as important virtues but always fell short of the amount of these traits I wanted to have.I’m in a difficult chapter of my life right now and I am hoping no pmo will give me the strength to climb out.
