wow! I have opened this app after 4 months and i almost forgot about porn and fapping! I was so busy improving myself that I forgot I had to fap. just wow! I never thought I could make it to 4 months pmo free!

unfortunately, today I relapsed out of boredom (damn!). Then I remembered that I was on NoFap. quickly closed the porn that I was watching and opened this app. holy shit, I was on a good 123 day streak! Wooow! (I reset it but I’m still proud of myself)

Ok, so, how I did it? when I embarked on this journey, I set some goals for myself. I wanted to meditate everyday (bonus! today is 123 days of everyday meditation too and I feel like zeus haha), I wanted to lose 33 lbs(15 kg) because I was overweight 4 months ago, I wanted to approach more girls, I wanted to spend more time with my family, I wanted to read more books, I wanted to spend more time in nature, I wanted to go on adventures and the least important but it was still a drive to keep going, I wanted a girlfriend. so, instead of counting days. I installed an app called “HabitBull” and started tracking my habits. I was so immersed in to it that I didn’t even get urges to watch porn and jack off (I got urges but I managed to escape them through meditation).

fast forward to today. I do everything that I set out to do. I started small and gradually increased the difficulty level like a video game. now, I meditate everyday, my mind is sharper than before, I make better decisions, my skin radiates and looks amazing, I wake up every day with zest and vitality, I love my life, lost 26 lbs(12 kg), I have a girlfriend now and she’s like the queen of my life, I have read 12 books these 4 months and I’m working on my dreams now and porn-induced problems have totally vanished!

It’s definitely ok! Plus you may sleep even better. But, dont meditate if your stomach is full.

After how much time after having a glass of milk should i meditate ?

You can meditate for whatever duration of time you want. It depends on you. Choose a time that’s comfortable to you and stick with it. For me, I do it for 30 minutes every single day. I started with 5 minutes and kept adding 1 minute everyday.
