Bro if you sleep at 12 and still wake up at 5 , and then not nap in the day , you’ll be so tired that you’ll be in bed by 10 from the next day , you can fix your routine as long as you tire yourself , give it a try and tell me if it works :+1:.

It’s hard to make a big change in your daily routine but when you are determined to make the rest of your life the best of your life, you will do it anyway despite all odds.
Let’s have atleast 1% improvement in our life on daily basis.
