Note: today was extremely tough. I made the mistake of going back to bed after waking up, and that lead to an immense amount of urges and temptations. But with the help of my fellow brothers I overcame it. I need to be more careful and trust the Lord. For He is good.

Aaaaaaaa unfortunately, I relapsed… I went a whole week without doing so, and then I cleaned my entire room to feel fresh. But I leaked semen and gave in. It was a horrible mistake, I should of dealt with the leakage but was scared too. Now I have another regret. Trust me, dont give in. Just carry on.

Sad to see that you relapsed. Learn a lesson and go forward.
I see that your schedule looks really ambitious. Have you tried with something easier and then making it more difficult with bigger streak? Everyone’s diffrent, but for me it’s easier when I see that I stick to my schedule.

Thank you for the advice. I just try to make my schedule to occupy me from being idle. Usually if I dont have something to keep me occupied, my mind goes idle and then I get trapped.
I will try my best to over one this.
