I RELAPSED :broken_heart:,
Nothing is going good in my life :smiling_face_with_tear:. Things are now quite messed up. I m trying hard (I think not my best) but results are same. I m stucked at 4-7 days Streak Cycle. I want to make it atleast to 30 days :face_with_head_bandage: but My Mind is playing with me.
I think I just stay at home whole day (from 2 years) that’s why my mind is just became Numb (maybe). I think Now I should join Gym and Library to spend my productive time outside home. Maybe I’ll join Library from tomorrow. I can stay in Library maximum for 6 hours at around Rs.500/month. If I want to stay there whole day then charges will be Rs.1000/month which I think quite impractical. Let’s see what will happen tomorrow. Till then Bbye, GN :raised_hands:

I m making My Diary more interesting or productive for me. I have an idea i.e. I’ll maintain a Point System for my To Do List Daily. :memo:
It’ll help me in tracking my progress via Points. It induces a feeling of Competition as Point System is involved. :person_in_lotus_position:

Everything will be fine, I would suggest you to constrain your study material rather than expanding it. Make your priorities, If you want to join something then make sure they don’t affect your priorities.

Heyy bro , at least you are Disciplined even after a relapse. You are able to move on as quickly as possible. That’s a trait many men including me fail to achieve. You can do it.

Just believe in your habit, not No fap because no fap is not a habit. Its a way of life like brushing teeth. If you forgot to brush teeth, you will never say I am depressed because I lost the streak of 46 ,684 days of brushing teeth. You will move on and brush on the other day right?

Same goes for No fap…

My life was an absolute garbage about a few weeks ago. I was good in discipline but lacks consistency . Its in those inconsistent days I relapse. Then it takes me some time to come back on track. This has negatively impact on my academics too.

Now I’ve decided to start very small. Even though doing stuff is easy compared to earlier, I am happy that I am consistent than ever .

Now my next barrier is academics. Optimistic that things will get better…

21 August, 9:00 PM -

I was on break for around 10 days.
I checked my record of Relapse of this month (August) and that is very bad. I relapsed around
9 times in 21 days of August. :broken_heart:
What’s done is done !! I can’t change the past.
Maybe I’ll start maintaining my Diary from tomorrow onwards according to my point system. Let’s see what will happen from tomorrow. August still have 10 days left in it. I hope I’ll make streak of atleast 10 days before ending this month !!
Have to Fight with more power otherwise this habit will ruin my mind.:skull:

PS: You all can give me some tips if you want to!!

I’ll Do Separate Check in for Not Relapsing till the end of this month (10 Days).
It’ll be different from my habits or routine. Just Not Relapsing for 10 Days. Just Check in for 10 Days.
This time I can’t Cheat Myself bcz now it’s becoming a huge problem.
