I wanna give you one advice that Pls Don’t Waste your class 11th and 12th. These are the most most most Crucial years for making career after 12th (As I did the same mistake and now I am suffering from it every day) :raised_hands:

Woke Up around 1 PM :man_facepalming:t2: today (have to fix my sleeping routine). Skipped yoga and exercise bcz it was already too late to start (1PM) then Freshen up and then also Skipped breakfast (was already the time for Lunch :man_facepalming:t2::joy:). Used unnecessarily mobile for 1-2 hrs then in the evening I got up ready for studies but One of my friend called me for some meetup and hangout. We had some beer and some shots of Vodka :beer::woozy_face:. After coming back home I tried to study but due to Headache (obviously due to alcohol consumption after so long time gap) it failed. I used phone for sometime, had some very light Dinner. I also joined one RC challenge and this time I have to take this seriously :smiling_face_with_tear: (will focus on good habits & study). Now going to sleep with some headache :new_moon_with_face::beers: !!

Just a normal boring and unproductive day. Oiled my hairs almost after 15 days. Spent all day at home, tried to study and even succeeded in it for almost 30-45 mins but even then I m making cross :x: sign in study bcz for tick :white_check_mark: mark I have to study atleast 6 hrs. Today was my practical exam and it went normal. Nothing is special today except I RELAPSED VERY BADLY. Feeling broken and devastated :broken_heart:
.
I wrote down many things about my some triggers and Responses which I should apply.
I m trying my best but everytime just One Peek destroys it alll.

I have RELAPSED 45 times in last 7 Months (January 2022 - July 2022 ).:skull:
I wanna improve this or just finish this in last 5 months of this year.
I destroyed starting 7 months of this year but I’ll Utilize and Change Myself to the best Version in the Last 5 months.:person_in_lotus_position:
These 5 Months can be Life Changing af. I wrote all my mistakes, triggers, Responses and ways to tackle Urges from Last 7 months. Now I can Fight this and Stop this better than ever. :raised_hands:
