What i mean is if a man is suffering from PMO would having a girlfriend or a wife help the man heal?

Maybe if you tell your significant other about it, and try to get over it together. But got to be completely honest and crystal clear with your other.

Depend if your significant other is loyal after hearing this.
But if they don’t understand this then I don’t recommend this.
