I too gained weight in my sobriety. For the first time in my life Iโ€™ve lost weight the healthy way and thatโ€™s from healthy eating and exercise. I do find that working out is my new addiction and Iโ€™ve over worked my body and has to learn to listen to my body. Itโ€™s hard having the weight gain but Iโ€™ll take it any day over being Hughes and bring โ€œjunkieโ€ skinny. Im over 8-months-sober and i feel frikkin amazing. Anyone else having these struggles???

@NukePizza , @anon87955785 today In the second hour of the morning I did:

200 pushups

200 situps

250 squats

Iโ€™m feeling a bit tired (cause Iโ€™m sick :sneezing_face:) but that will never ever stop me from reach more, I just begun my day :muscle:

We all do but the 100% decision and the Motivation and staying strong makes us forget about how long it takes and how much struggling you have to do to achieve your goals.

I would love to involve in these kind of challenges but having exams these days broo. Focusing on academics and discipline.

But I will do these kinds of stuffs probably by start of October.

I just use my anger and the bad motivation to push up, sit up and run :man_running:t2: :fire:

It takes me around 15 minutes to do 500 pushups
