Hereโ€™s how you can stay on track, these are mandatory to make the most of this challenge:

    Get at least 10-15 minutes of sunlight daily (yes, even on cloudy days)!

    Take a brisk 10-minute walk after every meal to boost your digestion.

  3. Vajrasana Time :man_in_lotus_position:
    Practice Vajrasana for 5 minutes post-meal ,it will help you in digestion.

  4. Workout Commitment :muscle:
    Aim for at least 3 workouts a week! Choose sustainable program that suits you best.

  5. Mindfulness Moment :person_in_lotus_position:
    Meditate for 10 minutes every day to center yourself.

  6. Track Your Journey :open_book:
    Keep a workout log to document your progress. You can share a pic of your workout log from diary or a screenshot of your log!

    Check in regularly and keep everyone updated with your progress.

thanks for invite but these days very busy canโ€™t
will try to get back to gym after february used to go to gym consistently for 2 years then I got injured and got much busy in college club work as well as competitive exams

Man! To be honest, Iโ€™ve never stopped working out. I do it every single day, but for me, it is more difficult to journal my workouts, because whenever I workout I donโ€™t think much of reps numbers; I just work my a** off until I canโ€™t no more.

Great Challenge @Sholtro_Tenjerrot . Given Iโ€™ve been irregular with my exercise routine lately, I can really use it. Btw is it mandatory to do everything youโ€™ve mentioned there?
Still no issues for me sharing my current status.

  • Current Condition: 82 kgs, Athletic.
  • Your Inspiration: Drew McIntyre.
  • Your Goals: Fitness, flexibility, cardiac health, and lower body. Get back to military level fitness, run 1 mile within 5 minutes, long jump - 14 m, high jump- 4.5 feet
  • Your workout experience - Intermediate (8 years on and off)
  • Workout Plan: Endurance training, bodyweight exercises, running, cardio and hiit.

Yeah they are mandatory bhai , because they are really helpful, like sunlight, vajrasana, walking after meals , they might seem short tasks but there are many benefits in the long run. At the end this challenge is about complete physique transformation and health improvement.

So you workout till failure , great, but journaling helps in progressive overload and check your progress. If you want then you can just write the workout names and write trained till failure.

Regarding the Check-ins you can check in every 2-3 days if you want , but keeping us updated about every physical activity (workout) is necessary.
