I went out for a walk with my friend , i was walking slowly that time because of him so i walked 7.5 k steps within 1 hours and 40 minutes , id remember the rest . Not have my phone rn so canโ€™t tell about the rest.

When I walk normally it takes me 1 hour to do 6k so itโ€™s 2 5 hours to do 15k

But if you did 2k in 37 minutes you would do 9720 in 2.5 hours. Try to slightly walk faster if you want to reach 15k.

Bro i count steps / per minute it is 55 steps in 1 minute. I cant walk faster than this.

Thatโ€™s about 1 step each second which is pretty slow tbh

I tried walking at this pace , felt like slow mo dance.

Thatโ€™s slow , even average slow speed is around 65-75 steps a minute .

Donโ€™t watch anything or walk mindlessly . You need to be conscious.

With your leg in back, push with the ball of your feet and keep moving forward maintaining the balance and pace .
