I’m abt to complete day 6 , I’m constantly getting urges since Day4 … and I’m fighting , idk how long . Will they ever go?

I am curious, what’s your strike bro? I am running on 27* but sometimes getting argue still… not sure how long my streaks continue

Right now im on day 21.
Also it depends how long you have been an addict.

Addicted from long long years (approximately 18years.)
Earlier i never used to count but now counting with the help of this application. I dun have habit of fapping daily but weekly once just to make sure that is working. Then it became now a life time friend. So I afraid i may break the strike at any time :sweat_smile: If you won’t mind can I add you?

Urges decrease when the brain pathways “loosen up”. Approx. at day 30

Wow I asked this question almost 2 months ago , when I was on 5 th day for the first time ,
And I’m abt to reach 5th day tomorrow for the second time…I cant believe 60 days struggle to cross 2nd day …Thnx god and RC’s for help6me …I hope I beat my highest 15 days
