I relapsed after my highest streak of 16days on this app but now i can’t go upto 5 days. Quickly relapse after 1 or 2 days. I am tired of these relapses.i want freedom of this addiction but how? i don’t know .
You lost your motivation, get the fuck up and smash that counter
First 3-4 days are the hardest. Try to focus on resisting the urges and ignoring triggers. Don’t forget about your daily routine tho.
You just trapped in binging loop and your body craves to come back to initial state. Don’t fall for it.
Only for these reason I am afraid to relapse, also very active in this forum, to get my brain ready
Keep yourself busy for the first few days, start a new habit. And focus on it, when you get urges, don’t surrender, deal with it, do workout, meditate, go for a long walk or anything you feel which shifts your focus away from PMO.
This is actually really good advice. I failed just shy of my 4th day and it was purely because I ignored my routine to go relapse.
Focus on your routine (or make yourself a routine that is quite extensive) and you’ll be fine.
