Why Is wet dreams not considered as relapse.?

I feel that wet dreams after a certain period of time is not considered as relapse, but if I am having wet dreams within a very short span(like within 2-3 days), will it be considered as relapse.??

When I first started no fap, I used to watch ■■■■ daily but would not masturbate or edge to it. But then I would have wet dreams at night and felt as if my whole effort of not fapping went in vain. Is wet dreams dependent on what we do during day.??

Please guys let me know.

Obviously! Your sleep replays & reflects your thoughts, emotions, actions, activities and lifestyle choices in your subconscious mind. So make your choice wisely in a healthy fashion. If you’re watching porn and getting wet dreams and ejaculating sperm during sleep every other night, if that’s the real cycle, how it’s going on night after night, it would qualify as relapse. But let’s say you didn’t watch porn for a long time and you suddenly get wet dream, sperm also comes out and it’s not happening every other night, then it doesn’t qualify as relapse.

Well I get alot of wetdreams also like the guy said above 2-3 days and I don’t watch porn at all, as I am typing this I had one last night and three days before that, I still have very strong sexual images in my head some from the past some that my mind is making up how do I get this damn images away, or is it a stage?

I watched some nude pictures ! And ejaculted unknowingly ! Without mastrubation ! And I didn’t watch the pictures for pleasure ! Is it considered as a relapse ?
