Hey guys i wanted to share something, i personally use these👇

DO’S

  1. Find the reason of your nofap journey, my reason is: to be healthy and good in studies.
  2. Go for a morning walk.You can also go in the
    evening.
  3. Do exercises daily.
  4. Practice meditation for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Spent some time with your family.
  6. Read some books.
  7. Spend some time in the forum, it keeps you
    motivated. It really works.
  8. Have a good sleep.
  9. Drink more water.

DON’TS

  1. Don’t use social media app like Facebook,
    Instagram. But if still you want to use, than
    use it wisely. I personally don’t use any social
    media app.
  2. Don’t be discouraged or disappointed if you
    relapse, have patience and find the reason of
    your relapse, avoid it later.
  3. Don’t think about fap or nofap.
