I don’t know why i did it i can’t able to control myself, i feel terrible, i hate myself.

Bro sorry for your setback, you have been doing well. No need to hate yourself, we all have countless setbacks.

My advice is that, get prepared during ‘sunny days’, i mean the days with few urges. Try practicing observing your thoughts, and read some nofap articles daily. The thunderstorm will come. Then your practice will work during thunderstorm. Good luck for your new journey!

Don’t be so hard on yourself, brother. You were doing well, and then you made a mistake. You can learn what you did wrong and how to make sure you don’t repeat the same mistake again.

Think about what was different this time. You had strong urges before this, but you didn’t give in. What changed?

Never doubt your ability to control yourself. You aren’t crazy. You can still choose to be free.
