I don’t know why i did it i can’t able to control myself, i feel terrible, i hate myself.
Bro sorry for your setback, you have been doing well. No need to hate yourself, we all have countless setbacks.
My advice is that, get prepared during ‘sunny days’, i mean the days with few urges. Try practicing observing your thoughts, and read some nofap articles daily. The thunderstorm will come. Then your practice will work during thunderstorm. Good luck for your new journey!
