When does it get easier?

Hey, I am new to NoFap, and I was doing well for the first 4 days, but then I felt like it was too hard and I kept saying tomorrow it will be easier, but then I sadly relapsed, so I was just wondering when have you guys found it easier to quit masturbation and porn?

It’s not easy for sure, I bet everyone on here has done the same, release after couple days in, out just got to man up to it, like you have to reach a point when you say enough is enough, if you haven’t reached that point you will keep failing. Just stay strong, avoid things that trigger urges, work out, you don’t need to go to a gym, just do push ups and sit ups Google work outs and you will build confidence and look better, or do other things that keep you from even thinking about It.

Usually it gets much easier after the first week, much much easier after 2 weeks and then after 3 weeks it’s super easy compared to the two before. You don’t feel like youre fighting much after week 3 IMO.

I found it easier after the first month , i still have those thoughts but they are less prominents , i’m at 43 day , but i tell you my friend they key is he aware of your thoughts, be prepared the urges always attacks, but if you keep motivated all day long doing stuffs you like that inspire you , learn a new language there are a lots of app like Duolingo, learn to play an instrument like piano, join the gym ,medidate, keep your life full of meaningful and beautiful things , with people around you the ones you love , live your life, and bring beautiful memories i tell you my friend they worth it, keep busy , keep out of your Room, change your PC to the lounge, enjoy every minute of your life , keep strong!!!

@hamadamady60 This has been my experience. The longer I have been on nofap, the weaker the urges have become. It does come down to sticking with it long enough to give way to something new. I found it useful to do the 10day & 21day challenges, working out more and dealing with urges by not resisting, but allowing them to fade on their own. There is this saying, “What you resist, persists”.
