I feel literally no change on day 11. I didn’t expect any change in life and surrounding. But I was expecting a tiny change in my feelings and perceptions. A feeling that there’s a chance that depression will feel less like depression.
Aim for 30 days no looking. Mark it on calendar in your phone. Work on yourself the rest will sort itself out. No point fussing over minor details.
