Wet Dreams, what to do?

Today was my 16th day on streak and I got a wet dream in the morning. Now my question is do wet dreams also cause an outflow of important nutrients as many have told in their posts and here too this has been said about the composition of semen being high quality nutrients.

If yes, it does create an outflow, then how to stop them from occurring for a long time? What postures or food practices will help me?

Wet dreams can be avoided by not fantasising and sleeping on time, and getting up early.

If you haven’t fantasised at all, take note of around what time wet dreams come- for me it’s usually if I sleep beyond 7 am so I always ensure I get up well before then. Let wet dreams occur, it’s the natural way for your body to remove excess semen and such.

Don’t drink water just before sleeping.
Try to not watch something like soft porn or scene from movie or fantasize before sleeping.
Don’t overthink about fap or porn.

It’s natural you can’t anything more than this.

I wouldn’t over-think on those wet dreams, @Nerbo. Sometimes, it’s out of one’s power to have any influence on that, however healthy or unhealthy one’s sleep may be. I agree with @debellator that a good sleeping routine is definitely helpful :sleeping: The most important thing is that such things don’t bring you off your path to where you want to be and to keep the bigger picture in mind.

Quite true. Just that it has given me a back pain since morning. Or that might be due to my habit of studying without a table on bed. I don’t know if that is the reason. I didn’t feel well enough so thought to confirm.

Yeah I guess that’s the norm and they will occur. Just this back pain irritated me a bit so thought to confirm whether wet dreams really cause that harm or they are harmless and if a counter exists or not.

I’d try a decent setup for work, i.e. a correct-sized table and chair.

Sadly I don’t have it right now but will try to make my body more enduring by exercise. A soon as I have them, I will shift to it.
