Wet dream, is it a relapse?

Hi,

I had a wetdream last night, it was a sexual dream and it caused nightfall. I was on awesome streak of 75 days and suddenly it happened. I was having those benefits of no fap and now this nightfall. I’m feeling weird and low on energy this morning, does this mean it’s a relapse?

Yeah, it doesn’t feel that much bad as it generally feels on PMO. I’m gonna take a break today to relax my mind and will continue this awesome journey of greatness. Thanks bro

To avoid nightfall you should eat 3 hrs before sleeping. Nightfalls happens because of excessive heat in the body . Sages here in India retain their semen for 60+yrs without nightfall since they eat less and 3 hrs before sleeping . They also meditate for hours and do relentless breathinh excercise.

So yeah maybr start breathing excercise and eat lesser at night

Bro, just like @wick_op wisely put it, wet dreams are NOT a relapse. They are never a relapse. It doesn’t matter if the dream was sexual or not. It was a DREAM. You don’t have control over dreams, it’s what we do in real life that matters. The only ways to relapse are through masturbation or pornography and sexual content, that is all.

You’ll be fine bro. Don’t worry about it at all.

The body recovers within 24 hours from the effects of a wet dream, but it takes at least 14 days to recover from one PMO session. They are not the same thing at all. I’ve seen many people allow their brains to trick them into relapsing after a wet dream because they think they’ve failed already. Pornography and masturbation are many times more damaging to the body, don’t be fooled.

75 days of freedom - awesome! Continue the journey of greatness!
