No. You didn’t make the nightfall happen, your body did that. It was not your choice, so chill and continue the streak.

Nightfalls are not a relapse.
But you might want to be a bit extra careful today, as I feel after a nightfall you kinda lose some willpower for a few days and those days are tough.
